Job Description:
Provides a range of psychological assessment, diagnostic, therapeutic, and/or meal support therapy services for individuals struggling with eating disorders.
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
Breakdown of services provided: 75%-100% Therapy clients - 0-25% EDRS Supports
Provide in-person and/or virtual services in a combination of individual and group Meal Support, Therapeutic Support, and Psychotherapy services
Maintain a minimum of 15 direct clinical hours/week
Must be available and committed during scheduled hours until meeting minimum hours
Commitment to working at least one weekend day and one weekday evening
One in person day required if local to NYC
Maintain commitment to a defined schedule for 1 year. Can be adjusted monthly for vacations, out of office, etc. if reviewed and approved by supervisor
Ensure WellSky availability is up to date
Proper documentation and completion of shifts of all services rendered within 24 hours
Coordinate care with client’s treatment team including: EDRS Lead Recovery Specialist, dietitian, PCP, psychiatrist, and any additional outside providers
Identify client’s treatment goals/interventions and progress or barriers towards goals
Support transition through the continuum of care within EDRS programming and HLOC outside of EDRS
Attend supervision as indicated: Team Meeting bi-weekly
Eligible to receive CEDS after maintaining a consistent caseload for 1-year minimum
Qualifications:
Masters Degree required
Full Licensure required-LCSW, LMHC, LCAT, LMFT
Minimum 4+ years ED experience required
CEDS or EMDR certification preferred

Salary & Benefits:
This is a fee-for-service position WITH option for medical & dental insurance benefits included based on requirements mentioned in description. $65-90/hr based on experience and licensure level.
