Job Description:
Provides a range of psychological assessment, diagnostic, therapeutic, and/or meal support therapy services for individuals struggling with eating disorders.
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
Breakdown of services provided: 40-60% therapy clients and 40-60% EDRS Supports
Provide in-person and/or virtual services in a combination of individual and group Psychotherapy, Meal Support, and other Therapeutic Support services
Maintain 26-28 billable hours per week
“Billable” hours include all meal and recovery support sessions, and (when billable according to insurance contract) non-clinical care coordination
Proper documentation and completion of shifts of all services rendered within 24 hours
Coordinate care with client’s treatment team including: EDRS Lead Recovery Specialist, care coordinator, dietitian, PCP, psychiatrist, and any additional outside providers
Attend supervision as indicated: Team Meeting weekly, individual supervision weekly, and Clinical Rounds bi-weekly
Eligible to receive CEDS after 90-day introductory period
