About EDRS:

Eating Disorder Recovery Specialists (EDRS) is a nationwide treatment and recovery support program that uniquely delivers assistance where our clients need it the most: in their own environments. Our dedicated team collaborates with clients remotely to seamlessly bridge the gap between treatment and real-life challenges.

In addition to comprehensive case management, nutrition support, and psychotherapy, the EDRS Intensive Outpatient program offers therapeutic meal support, skills groups, exposures, and coaching.


About this role:

Provides a range of psychological assessment, diagnostic, therapeutic, and/or meal support therapy services for individuals struggling with eating disorders. The overall responsibility of the primary therapist involves coordinating all aspects of care for the individual clients on their caseload. The primary therapist leads and creates cohesion within the EDRS team to ensure the client’s treatment goals are clear, consistently executed, and actively monitored. 


Role Responsibilities:

Breakdown of services provided: 25% Therapy, 75% Recovery Coaching Supports


  • Provide evidence-based individual and group services, including meal support, therapeutic support, family support, and psychotherapy services in a combination of in-person and/or virtual settings

  • Provides up to 60-65% direct clinical care

  • Maintain a caseload of 8-10 program clients.

  • Provides weekly treatment planning sessions to caseload clients.

  • Complete and update treatment plan at regular intervals to identify the client’s goals and recommended course of treatment

  • Assess that the client is meeting clinical level of care criteria for EDRS programming and support the client in transitioning through stages of care.

  • Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary treatment team of recovery specialists, dietitians, psychotherapists, physicians, psychiatrists, any additional outpatient providers, and family or support system as indicated.

  • Attend treatment team meetings, supervision, and ongoing trainings as indicated

  • Properly document completion of shifts and services rendered within 24 hours.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Masters Degree required Associate License required-LSW, LMSW, MHC-LP < 1 year general clinical experience or > 1 year general experience, but under 1 year ED specific experience

Salary & Benefits:
